Being away from the noisy and restless of the city, all members of the team are watching the scenery along the way with the childlike mood, and our destination is a beautiful city, Suzhou, which is the place we will conduct an Outward Bound.

We are a team sharing everything for the common goals, We are a team sharing everything for the common goals, during the achievement of every task, we have always been at one side from the beginning with one heart and one mind, ensuring to contribute our parts for the eventual success，and becoming better ourselves. Team cohesion is the source of the development for the company. However, only when all members of the team coordinate with each other, can the cohesion play a role. Therefore, the cultivation of corporate cohesion is important for building a team

As the saying goes, “Nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards” ， so it is vital for the company to establish rules and regulations. And after establishing the suitable rules, the company can raise the efficiency in the work, coordinate the teamwork and regulate the related procedures, guaranteeing the team forming good work habits. At the same time, the leaders of the company also enforce the rules and regulations by their own words and actions to establish their prestige, therefore,  the effectiveness of organization and command in the management are ensured.
